4. Your responsibilities
We rely on the information you give us. We are not responsible for rejections, penalties or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information from your side.

5. Quotations, fees and payment

- Professional fees and government fees are quoted separately wherever applicable
- Work starts after the agreed advance is received unless we confirm otherwise in writing
- Government fees, portal charges and third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable once paid

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
